Thank you for your interest in my profile! From my call to the bar in 2017​,​ I have been practicing exclusively as a solicitor primarily for small and medium businesses​,​ in the heart of downtown Toronto​,​ through my own firm - Listrom Di Lullo Professional Corporation. From the beginning​,​ I saw an opportunity to bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the practice of law. By focusing on using every piece of legal tech available​,​ I have been able to produce more legal work​,​ more professionally and more quickly that my more traditional contemporaries​,​ without needing to rely a small army of clerks and assistants as in a traditional law firm. As a start-up and disruptor myself​,​ I understand the needs and challenges of my clients and I am able to bring holistic legal solutions that address their immediate problems and set them up for greater success down the road. It also brings me great satisfaction to be able to help my clients in many areas of law​,​ including personal ones - small business owners have a life outside of work as well! When my clients succeed enough to start purchasing homes​,​ hiring employees​,​ or making capital investments in their business​,​ I can be right there to assist them as I did when they were i the start-up phase.
